AMD boxed fan type?

Thanks for the info!! I've put a little RS silicone between the heatsink/cpu and it's idle @ 21C and runs Prime95 @ 38C. (Duron 750 oc'd to 870) I know that the Abit KT-7A Raid board that I'm using has a not too trusty Via monitoring system, but how do those temps sound for the stock fan?
