AMD Black Edition motherboard recommendation

A friend of mine is looking to build around the new AMD Black Ed. proc. The main thing we're uncertain about is what kind of board would work best for overclocking such a beast.

He wants to overclock.

I and others have had really good experience with the Foxconn C51XEM2AA; it was one of the best AM2 boards back when it came out. It's currently 159.99 at ZZF and there is an $80 mail-in rebate offer that will bump it down to $79.99; however, that expires on the 9th. I've got mine running fine at 3.0Ghz just by bumping the multiplier up to 15, and I am going to work at going higher once my new tube of Arctic Silver comes in the mail.

It hasn't given me any trouble in the year or so that I have had it. The DIMM slots are kind of close to the CPU bracket, so make sure that your HSF won't have any problems with that.
