How about a Vantec Stealth or Panaflo? Does the 8RDA+ have built in fan monitoring\adjustment?

Did you use the SpeedFan help file? It's actually very easy to follow and tells you everything to do.

2191Mhz? Big deal, my locked Retail 2600+ is doing 2305Mhz with stock voltage and hsf! Same mobo, and crappy PNY 2700 ram.

Yeah, I configured speed fan, I got the case fans to work ok, but I could never get the HSF to adjust. I think there may be some conflict between SpeedFan and the YS-Tech fan I have on there now.

for reference, I used the Smart Fan II from Thermalfake in my 8RDA+. Too damn whinny for my taste, but with the temp diode taped to a ram chip my my video card, it worked fine. With luck, the antec you linked to will have the same functionality, but not be so noisy.

I got the fan + installed it today. Undortunately, I did not realize the temp probe was built into the fan motor area. So it is basically using the ambient temp rigt on the heatsink.

However, I installed it anyway and it is working well. The temp is at 49* for prime 95 for a couple hours so far. With the YS tech it got up to 50* just surfing the net. Pretty quiet too.
