The type of core usually has nothing to do with FSB (aside from being inside the CPU). You could get a 1GHz Thunderbird, and get an AXIA or not, and get a 1.33GHz, and get an AXIA core or not.
no read the reviews thats why the axia is so phenomenal...many take 1gig axias and push them to 1.4 with ease...
As fas as I know and have seen you can get them in either 200fsb or 266fsb only above the gig mark...Its a real crap shoot unless you buy it from a site specifically stating it.
like everyone said...it really doesn't matter. Its one of those things where you have to ask the reseller. I believe the 266 fsb version is more common though.
you can buy AXIAs from overclocking sites on the web, or a local vendor if you ask nicely to look at his chips first.
I wonder if palominos will a)work in current socket A boards b)be unlocked too c) go faster for similar price
