Are you serious?

The die process is unrelated to the socket form factor in this case, ie both fit into the same socket.

Actually you can't even see either core because of the IHS.

They both have the same pinout, but if you removed the IHS, the 90nm core would be smaller then the 130nm core. The lithography process doesn't affect the substrate in any way.
