AMD Athlon 64 3000+ & ECS NFORCE3 $69.98 @ Fry's

Woah...and I thought this was a hell of a deal @ $99.

I picked one up then and it's running 2.5Ghz, 250mhz HTT, 1:1 memory ratio....

nForce3 is Socket 754. Great price for a budget box. For now, I'll stick with my lowly Barton and wait for dual-core prices to go down and to see where Conroe comes in.

Good lord that's hot. I picked one up last time for a friend when it was $99 and we thought it was a pretty sweet deal.

Just saw it in today's SJ Mercury News, so it should be good unless it's a pricing error. Good through Tuesday.

It is $99 here in the Chicago area and the Sempron deal is $69. Does any one know if either are a AGP or PCIe video MB's????

I'm using two 512mb sticks of Kingston HyperX DDR400, the 6-3-2 CL2 stuff. I'm also using the retail HSF unit. I have the CPU @ 1.47v, and the memory @ 2.8v with timings of 8-3-3 CL2.5. I also have HTT @ 4X.
