if the board that run on 200herz using 650 cpu
the agp card like tnt2 ultra wont get damage?

That 200 is only between cpu & chipset 2 * 100 FSB. Motherboard still @ 100MHz runs the PCI @ 100/3 = 33, AGP @ 100 * 2/3 = 66.
