AMD A8 6600K overclock

How far should/can I push my AMD A8 6600K APU with Gigabyte GA-G1 sniper A88x gaming motherboard, hyper tx3 EVO and seasonic M12II 620W EVO.

Your PSU won't hold you back, so don't worry about that. As far as how high your 6600K can go, most Richlands will hit 5 ghz if you put a lot of effort into it. Not sure if that cooler has the oomph you need to get there, though. 4.5-4.7 ghz should be doable.

I reached 4.8GHz stable to complete the Review suite on the A10-6800K with water but im sure it could go higher with a better motherboard.

Dunno if I'd consider your board to be better or worse from an OC perspective, but your cooling is better than the OP's and your chip is from a higher bin. He might have won the silicon lottery (or you might have lost it), but I would not expect him to reach the same clocks as you.

Yea Im not suggesting he will have the same OC with his system, just what the Richland is capable of.
With the cooler he is using im expecting to reach 4.5-4.5GHz easily.
