AMD A64 Award Bios - Ram timings

Hey ive read that 1T is not available with 4 sticks of DDR? But ive also read that A64 suffers from 2T.

Do I have any options with my current hardware to get to 1T?

One more question; my mobo is a MSI-7125 Award Bios. Im wondering where the Command Rate is in the settings. Not very clear as nothing says Command Rate or CR. Ive tried to mess with a couple settings that gave me only a 1T and 2T as a choice, but i could not boot back to CPUz to see if either were the correct setting.

I've heard from someone on AT that it's not an option on intel chipsets 🙁

I know I sure can't find anything in my BIOS
