Kaveri officially supports up to 2133 MHz. 2400 MHz is possible but may require more effort, including overvolting a bit the Integrated Memory Controller. You may have to read a few overclocking guides.

1. Go to the Asrock site for that board and check the QVL list for RAM. Just because Kingston says its 2400 doesn't mean it works with that board. It may be a compatibility issue.

2. Make sure to update the bios on the board if you don't have the latest bios already. A new bios may help RAM compatibility.

Are you using the XMP/AMP profile? You do not want to set the frequency manually but use the profile within the memory. If that doesn't work check and see if the JEDEC profiles cause BSODs, if they do RMA the RAM.

Hello , i use the XMP profile because i can't use "other" profile or i select the profile 1 or profile 2 or "auto" and i have already try to select in "auto" and after manually set the frequency... but dont work.... how i can check if the JEDEC profile cause the BSOD? Thanks!

If "Auto" / "Profile 1" / "Profile 2" do not work the RAM is usually bad.

JEDEC(Auto) speed should be 1333 MHz @ 1.5 volts or 1600 MHz @ 1.5 volts.
