You can look at 3dmark physics for basic CPU comparisons. Kabini doesn't perform stellar (even intel's ULV performance is lacking when you factor in price and power use).

Simply put kabini takes too much power compared to ARM for basic tablet usage. CPU performance is quite low given the power consumption and while GPU performance is good, ARM is better. The only thing temash/kabini really offered is x86 compatibility and Baytrail can to that too and do better.
kabini and temash are different skus[i dont know if you mean mobile apus in general] and even thought temash uses more power, we can probably attribute that to the higher gpu perf. So to say that arm socs have better gpu perf is just plain inaccurate.

Yes, the power draw is higher and atom as a whole is faster and more efficient cpu-wise, but to do so they had use a relatively underpowered gpu compared to even snapdragon s600 level arm socs.

so temash uses more power[which is a huge deal in mobile I understand that] but it provides more gpu-perf among other non-tablet oriented things.

Back from the massive derail off of A10 6800K.

To OP : unless you are dead-set on something you can fit in an ITX build, or don't care about gaming, the 6800K is a horrible horrible value.

7850s often pop up for around $100AR, and 7770s are all day for a bit less.

Get :

750K $79
7770GE $79AR (or wait for sale on 7850!)
8GB DDR3-1333 $65

MASSIVELY faster for any and all gaming purposes.
