U.K. Steve makes fun videos, which is all this was. It's not how I'd use RT on that APU. Cyberpunk is the worst game for AMD RT for starters. By only using reflections, I could have gotten a very playable experience with it. I can almost never tell when any of the other RT features in that game are turned on anyways. Aside from it being too dark at times.
Alan Walks 2 crushes many dGPUs and is another bad pick. Enough about that one.
He was using epic G.I. and reflections in Fortnite and still was getting 60fps most of the time with okay visuals from the upscaling. No one competitive turns on any RT in that game so it was also for the LULZ.
The Spiderman games with RT reflections would have been fully enjoyable. Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition, Control, BF5, Resident Evil 4, Shadow of Tomb Raider, and some others could all be enjoyable enough visually with some RT to play through the whole game. I only use reflections in most titles since it's the only one that jumps out at me.
I'll be using RT on the 8600G when it gets cheaper. I posit that will happen around the time the kids get summer break here in the states. Should be able to grab a board and ram used on a deal between now and then.
