Considering AMD just released HD69xx series, don't count on HD7000 for another 9-12 months imo. Plus, Q3 2011 schedule would assume that 28nm process would go smoothly at TSMC, which is a pretty brave assumption after the 40nm issues. Your best bet would be HD6970s in CF if you must upgrade now. After selling your 2 cards, you'll probably have better performance too.
