AMD 6850 2Gb Temperature Problem

Hi I just Want to Ask about my 6850 2gb GPU because i am having problems lately ...

I ve send it for Service and they told me that it was alright ..

The point is that when i take it back i ve done a test on it and as a result ..



When i saw that i Call them and ask about temperature .. They told me that is Normal ..

The point is ... Is it Normal ?
 
Sounds a little high but what is the temps during regular load (gaming, heaven benchmark, 3dmark11)
 
I have noticed that RMAd videocards often come back with poorly-attached heatsinks. I would try carefully removing the heatsink, cleaning the GPU and heatsink base of any thermal paste remnants with rubbing alcohol or lighter fluid, then applying a paper-thin, even layer of thermal paste to the GPU core before securely remounting the heatsink. This can make a pretty big difference.
