I have AMD64 2800+ Clawhammer and temperatures are between 40c (idle) and 56-7 (full).
I have a box cooler, thats pretty loud, and sometimes runs at 5600 rpm (at least epox 8kda3j is reporting it).
Is this temeprature OK? I dont have CnQ, becouse it have been deleted from bios when i flashed it (?!?)..some epox bug...:(

It depends on your ambient temps, but tht doesn't seem that odd.
The .13uM cores (Clawhammer/Newcastle)definitely run hotter than the .09uM cores (Winchester/Venice/SD).
My Newcastle 3800+ runs at 40 idle and 52-54 full load with a Freezer 64 cooler. This with a room temp of about 25-26C (77-80F). The F64 is not the best cooler available, but does cool slightly better than stock.
And while I do have a slight OC, I only saw maybe a 1C increase in load temp from the stock speed.

So in short, your load temp is maybe a little high, but nothing that would concern me. It's also very possible your MB temps are reporting slightly high. You can run several temp programs (Speedfan/MBM5/Epox utility/etc.) and see how the temps compare.

Yeah, Claws run REALLY hot! Mine hits 70C under Prime95, and, from all of my research, that is supposed to be normal for an FX-55 claw. Your temps are nothing to worry about at all.

I wouldn't even sweat it dude, those temps are actually pretty good for a Clawhammer, I have seen some up to 75c at full load.
