AMD 64 3400+ problem

Check the FSB settings in the bios. Maybe your ram can't handle the speed? In that case you could run it at a lower speed.

Wait... nevermind, A64s are different. Still, check the bios for.. whatever settings the A64 uses. 🙁
 
Yea that must be it because i just checked my clock and now it says 2.19 Ghz. Should I keep this PowerNow! thing on or just turn it off? And how do I turn it off?

Might be called Cool 'N' Quiet too... it's set in the BIOS if I'm not mistaken.
