AMD 580/570 8gb or 1060 6gb for X plane 11?

The suggestion was for bobo, and reputable Heatware traders disclose if the cards were used to mine. I have yet to have a part I bought from another member fail on me, in well over a 100 trades, so my anecdotal experiences=excellent. Hence I never hesitate to save some bank by buying from other members here.

You're probably right and it hasn't been mined with. I just have a cynical view of online trades as I see so many people selling multiple same cards at the same time that have 'only been used lightly for a few months and have never been mined with' or other such obvious lies. I can't understand why people are still buying these at inflated prices.

Well I ended up getting the 580 and works great with one notable exception. Its version of shadowplay, Relive does not record full screen openGl "games" such as X Plane 11. No problem recording on a windows screen and it looks pretty good just seems on thing after another gets in my way.

So I have two options return card and wait for a deal on a Nvidia card, they claim to have openGL support with shadow play or wait and see if AMD will provided a driver update. I looked everywhere and cant seem to find any info on if they might or not. They just added vulcan support in february (whatever that is LOL).

Anyone have any insight? I was happy with the 580 and its 8g vram but Now I hunger for more ~ But I also have car repairs grrrr. Car or Card, sorry have to be the car need to get to work to make money to buy more stuff.

I would go with the 580 8gb, see how much the Saphire card is as they are usually very solid cards.

Just because a single Nitro card (that is entirely different in every way from a 580 Nitro+) fails, that doesn't mean every other Nitro card ever is going to fail. Mine for instance has been awesome. But in both cases, thats entirely anecdotal evidence.
