AMD 4000+'s were $720 in January, then in Feburary they dropped to $630, now at Monarch Computer they are down to $540. Still way too much for me, but some of you may be interested...

For $10 more you can get the retail version that includes the fan and heatsink, if you are not planning on OC'ing that is.
 
even if you arnt oc'ing .. for that much money u might as well buy the retail so you get the 3 year warranty.. you'll need it for that large of a purchase
