AMD 3500+ Temps.

I decided to play around and OC my AMD 3500+, at stock the speeds are 2.2g, right now I have it at 2.53(230x11) it runs great but I am curious about the temps, here they are:
idle=~39-40c
load=~53-54c
I have never seen it go over 54c under load, I am using RivaTuner to get these temps, do they look alright? Like I said, I am having no issues at all, the processor is running like a dream, also, I am using the stock heatsink & fan that the processor came with, it is a retail, not OEM processor.
Do the Temps seem high? What are you guys getting for speeds and temps on this processor? should I try to go higher, the processor is in the machine in my sig.

Thanks for the help

thanks for the reply, ya, I know I should get an aftermarket cooler for the processor but the stock cooler was such a pain in the ass installing... I really dont want to have to deal with another PITA CPU cooler.
What would you recomend for a cooler that is fairly easy to install and cost effective?

again,

thanks

i'm not too familiar with AMD sockets. if yours is 754 / 939 / 940 / AM2, then i've got a Zalman 9700 Cu LED for sale. PM if you're interested.
