Hi,
I need some assistance here to set up my BIOS to get the optimal performance out of my PC, the followings are the specifications of my PC;
1. Mother Board Asus A7N8X-X
2. Processor AMD 2800+
3. Memory 1024MB DDR 1X512Mb and 2X256Mb Kingston PC 3200
4. North Bridge: nVIDIA nForce2 400 (Crush17)
5. AGP 8X ASUS ATI Radeon 9600XT 128Mb
6. Heat tube cooling system (for the processor) with variable (manual set) cooling fan running at 4000RPM
7. 2 fans blowing air into the casing, another 2 fans are blowing air out of the casing

Now my questions are:

1. How would I setup the Processor Frequency is it 133MHz , 166MHz or 200MHz currently I am using 166MHz
2. How much should be the multiplier set to 11, 12, 12.5 or more, I am using 12.5 at the moment.
3. the temperature on no load is (the side casing panel is removed) 49 Degree Celsius, once I go to my 3D strategy games the temp will shoot up to 55 Degree Celsius and in some cases the ASUS C.O.P (CPU Overheating Protection) is engaged causing the PC to shutdown immediately and this caused me lots of troubles

That?s it for the time being your kind input is highly appreciated

Those settings look right.

I would just up the thermal protection limit in your BIOS provided you installed your HS/F right and used thermal grease
