Wouldnt disabling ULPS fix that as well?
I have not tried it personally. But I assume it would. There is a big thread here with a lot of info in it: http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2322060

Hmmm my system has been great until this driver. Now I'm having issue with the screen going black while idle and not coming back up..
My biggest issue right now is since early 13.xx i'm having a black screen when I deinstall the drivers...I have to force boot back up and fire up Driver sweeper...
I had this issue when uninstalling normally in the past. I have been using the AMD clean uninstall utility and havent had a problem since. Just have to remember to re-install chipset drivers afterwards if using AMD chipset....
I found that trick didn't work. But plugging it into the Intel HD4000 graphics fixed it. Thank God for integrated graphics.I've had the same black screen issue and found that unplugging the DVI cable from the back of my monitor and plugging it back in will wake the display up without having to do a full restart.
fixed for you. There is a known issue about display sleep. I have display sleep disabled on my system for this reason. Basically on mine, if the display goes to sleep,it does not come back. Its an issue withzero corecrappy AMD hardware.
