ambulance siren sound from Abit NF7-S

Has anybody run into the problem of their system shutting down and making a ambulance siren sound???

I have all the shutdown/safety turned off in the Bios, and teh CPU is only in the low 30's when it happens. System is stable if I have the computer on the top of my desk with side cover off, but under my desk or with cover on it does it. I can get it to stop if I put everything, CPU Speed etc.., at default.

I'd try reseating the heatsink on the cpu, maybe a fresh layer of paste.

Its definately shutting done due to a recorded heat issue. It may be recording the temps incorrectly. If that is the case and problem continues I'd RMA the motherboard. Try updating the BIOS first if one is available.
