Amazon's Gold Box deal

This is an awesome deal, but be warned that the product packaging is kinda cheap. Inside the nice box are two multi-page cardboard folders that hold the DVDs. The cardboard will scratch the DVDs, plus the DVDs will come loose from their pockets during shipping and cause even more damage. I bought this set a few months ago from Amazon and the first one that they sent me had 15+ discs that were either loose and scratched, or scratched while still in their pocket. Oh, and the holographic Stargate on my first box was rotated and the words "Stargate SG-1" displayed at around a 40 degree angle. Amazon shipped me another set and it arrived in much better shape, but there were still a few loose and/or scratched discs. I was able to assemble a good set from the two boxes, though I did keep a couple of discs that have minor scratches.

I bought some 8-disc, 27mm thick, plastic DVD cases from Meritline.com (product link) to replace the cardboard folders. Seven of these will fit in the Stargate box and hold all of the discs, with two extra slots for "The Ark of Truth" and "Continuum" and enough space left over to hold the Stargate movie in a 7mm thin DVD plastic case.

I got this last time it was on the Gold Box deal, eh not the best package but who on here doesn't have 500 extra CD boxes kicking around?
