$10 more expensive HD7870 makes this deal very poor actually.

HD7870 uses 103W of power on average
GTX570 despite being slower uses 197W of power on average.

That's nearly double the power consumption in games for a slower card with 1.28GB of VRAM that will be limiting it in future games too. Frankly, even against an HD7850 2GB, this 570 is a worse deal imo.

I already have one, maybe I'll jump on this deal for a SLi setup

You could sell your GTX570 for $150, get on this deal, sell the games for $100, download MSI AB and overclock that 7970 to 1050mhz (Ghz Ed. clocks). End up with a 52% faster card for $150 out of pocket, lifetime warranty and no SLI scaling issues or VRAM bottlenecks to worry about next year. If you look at HD7970 GE, at 1600P it's 66% faster than GTX570. That likely means as games get more GPU intensive, GTX570 SLI may not be more than 10-15% faster on average with 70-80% scaling. Even if you keep the games, that's $250 out of pocket after selling the 570 and 4 modern games.
