You have to go to that specific Amazon Customer Votes page and enter your order at precisely the right time to be one of the 1000 lucky winners.

They apparently give you some sort of code you enter when you checkout (you apparently have 24 hours to do the actual checkout, if you're lucky enough to get one, that is)
