I just had a big problem w/ Super Saver Shipping.
Amazon shipped a PowerShot S45 by USPS (Priority Mail presumably) while shipping the Sandisk CF card by UPS ground. The card was delivered without incident.
The S45 was collected at the post office box for the business (although the shipping address was for the business itself) and the USPS is unable to find out what happened to the package. They
assume it was picked up by whoever collects company mail.
To Amazon's credit, they offered a refund without any hassle, but the S45 is no longer available and now I'm stuck w/ the CF card unless I bother with the return. :frown: I asked the CSR if they intend to file a tracer/claim with the postal service, because I'd really like to have the package, but surprisingly he said they weren't going to do any investigation in particular.
