Amazon streaming quality - unmitigated garbage

For me, Netflix is king of pq with hulu a very close second. Amazon is a distant third.

My internet connection (Comcast ISP) is a huge problem as my service goes to shot most evenings. Late at night and during the day until 7PMish the service is usually decent, but come evening time and it's hard to watch any streaming service including youtube without pauses and/or reduced quality/resolution.

So, for me, Comcast is a problem as well as the fact that I live in an apartment complex with lot's of neighbors streaming movies/TV shows when they get home from work. ISP's have not kept up with growing demand, but then the demand is growing enormously so...
