Thought about this, it may not be an exclusivity thing as much as MS not wanting a competing pay video service on their system.

Sony has their own service and yet has Amazon and Vudu.

It makes sense. You can buy movies on Amazon's service. I don't believe there's another service on Xbox you can purchase movies from.
