I ordered earlier today and got a 'estimated' ship date of September 28th.
From my experience, Amazon's ship dates are usually pretty good... but on rare occasions (will this be one?) there are delays.

As most folks know, Amazon offers 30 day price protection. If the price drops within 30 days you can request a refund of the difference. The problem is checking the price everyday for 30 days.

Much better, IMO, than the Shures. I had fitting probls with the shures, and the way you have to wrap behind your ear is a PITA. The Senns are much better, just pop em in you ears and tune out.
