If you read the info in that link, it says that you pay for what you use, so I would assume that there would be no limit so long as you pay for it.

yeah but from what i saw online, you have to find software to make your uploading and downloading easier. Or make your own application. Hence for developers.
 
Here is a VERY cool use of S3.

I think I'm going to start testing this for some of my clients to use as off-site backups...much cheaper and simpler than our current solutions.
