Amazon Returns - will they charge me shipping?

So I bought a camera from Amazon that I need to return. Just didn't like the camera. I am a PRIME member. Will Amazon charge me back for the two day shipping? I called the Amazon number and the CSR said I will not be charged any shipping charges... I don't quite buy that.

uhm, maybe it is because I assume someone here has shopped and returned at amazon.

why not just email amazon and get the answer returned to you in the email.

i called the customer support line and posted their response. same thing as emailing amazon (but without evidence). but if i ask here and have feedback of what actually happened i'll know whether or not the CSR's are full of sh*t or not. this will help me gauge whether or not I will have to put up a fight if they refund me incorrectly.

If he emails customer service, he'll have proof regarding the return policy of Amazon.
Since he doesn't seem to trust the CSR over the phone

Well you called them and they said you wouldn't be, yet you still don't know?

I know what he said, but I don't know if that is what's going to happen. Don't tell me you have not dealt with CSR's who give you wrong information. If i will be hassled for shipping I just might not return it. Not worth the trouble for me....
