Mine came today... Looks like a retail return, seems to work, so now I have my 2 desktops on 2.5, but I would probably need 2 more of these for the whole house to be on 2.5... Right now I only have 1 more desktop that could do 2.5 (too far away), don't have any more devices that could take advantage of the speed... Unless these prices come way down to about 25, I don't think it's worth investing into more switches for me, but this wasn't a bad deal, my buy threshold for a 2.5 switch was $100 for 8 ports, so this was good for me for a trial one...

I see $119, can you link the $109 ones? But regardless, I think the 8 port TRENDnet is still the best deal. The 5 port used switches should be in the $70 range, but I can't find any...
