I bought a wireless adapter for my computer from Amazon but when I tried it didn't work so I decided to refund it and get something else. I called Amazon customer support and told them my problem and the guy said he would refund the money and I can keep the adapter. I immediately got an e-mail saying a refund was authorized for my credit card for $15. Is this normal? Maybe it was because the adapter was 15$?
