I have already called amazon regarding this issue and I'm going to call back in an hour after they upgrade their system.
I placed an order for a digital camera on Dec. 2nd. (6 days ago)
The estimated shipping date was yesterday and it still has not shipped. I started to get worried because I need the digital camera by Dec. 18th. The camera had a delivery estimate of Dec. 12-Dec.16th (before Dec. 18th)
I had picked the free shipping saver when I placed to order and I saw an option to change shipping method. I clicked on 3-4 day shipping to see if extra fees will be charged and it did, so I clicked back to free shipping saver.
The problem is, when i looked at the shipping and delivery estimate, they got pushed back to two months just because I updated something in my account even though I changed it back immediately!!
Feb 7th, 2005 is now the shipping date. There is no $%@@ing way I can wait that long... I used a promotional code to place this order so I don't want to cancel just yet.
Will amazon fix this problem/has anybody experienced a similar problem with amazon and did it get resolved? I want the shipping date and delivery date to be the way it was.. and it was to get here before Dec. 18th.
