Amazon processing times increase?

Or are they throttling my prime membership? 😉 Ordered a bunch of things on the 15th and they're scheduled for delivery after the 21st, all of the items are prime eligible and in stock..
 
Sometimes items will be prime eligible, but still sold by another retailer. In those cases I've seen them add 2-3 days processing time. Everything I buy directly from amazon ships promptly.
