prime is pretty fucking l33t. Prices are usually cheaper to begin with + no tax + free 2 day shiping = alot of saved trips to the store

FYI, if you are a parent of a new baby and plan to buy any baby supplies. Head to www.amazon.com/mom. You get free prime to start off with and a month added for each $25 you spend in the baby section up to a year of prime.

And yes. <3 prime.

Yup, I did that. They also have an auto-order that gives you a discount. I put diapers on it and combined discount is 30%.

Last time I ordered something from Amazon they charged me tax, which seriously peeved me off. They've never done this before, and I think I'm going to cancel my Prime membership because of it.

Anybody else getting hit with tax that never has before?

Indeed, love Prime. Just got a free year a couple of months ago when they offered it for college students. Luckily my wife has a .edu email we used. 🙂

Sounds like they now have a retail or warehouse presence in your state somehow. Not Amazon's fault, just shitty luck on your part.

That would be your state, not amazon causing that.
