amazon prime

Not necessarily buying more, but checking Amazon for something before another online site knowing shipping is free (or cheap next day).

Prime FTMFW.

I find myself spoiled because of the $3.99 overnight shipping. Not only am I checking amazon.com for products more often, I'm also used to getting stuff the next day now if I order it before 6pm. I've definitely got my money's worth out of the program, I don't want to know how much it costs them to ship 30lbs full size computer towers overnight (but I'm sure it's not $3.99)

I don't even use Amazon anymore now that I have to pay tax in New York state.

EDIT:

And I am an Amazon Prime member.

I buy stuff from Amazon.com that I normally would have bought elsewhere because the free shipping often makes their price the best (or close enough to it that I'll pay a little more to get it faster).

Adding accounts to your Prime membership is clearly intended for family members only, so let's not discuss scamming Amazon.com in this thread. 🙂

I don't mind waiting.. so I haven't took the plunge on Amazon Prime yet. I only order a few items a year with 1 or 2 day shipping so I can't justify the membership yet. Maybe as I continue doing more and more shopping Amazon, I'll do it though. Already used up the trial period. 🙁

definitely, any time i want to buy something and dont need it this minute, ill usually check amazon first to pricecheck, then look elsewhere to compare.

I got a 3 month trial for free and I haven't spent a cent at Amazon for over a month (since I got the trial).

I am cheap so I always opt for the Free Super Save Shipping. Most of the time I get my item within a week anyway, which is fast enough for what I'm ordering.

Yes. I'm impatient so it's great for me. Plus since I live in Seattle, where they have fulfillment centers, I often get things the next day - even when I ship with the "free" 2 day shipping.

I <3 Amazon....yep, i said <3.

They were offering a free trial, so I signed up, ordered my Razer Deathadder, and cancelled the service two days later.

I had the one year free trial a few years ago, I didn't really buy more stuff I just bought more of it from Amazon.
