I not only use Amazon for myself, I also order a lot of stuff through Amazon for the company I work for.

Between my own ordering, and the company ordering, I do a good bit of business with Amazon. So far I am at 53 Amazon orders in 2015 alone, and the holidays are coming...

I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

I can only recall a couple incidents where things went wrong. And Amazon's customer service just made me like them more, after the errors.

I once ordered a 4 pack of an item. What arrived was a 2 pack.

Amazon didn't even blink. Sent me the 4 pack quickly, and said we could just keep the 2 pack.

My experience with Amazon is that their customer service is excellent. If you didn't sign up for it, they will almost certainly refund you or let you off the hook.

I must have spent over 10k with Amazon... And I have been offered free prime trials before and taken advantage of it. And I disable the auto renew after trial right after I signed up for trial.

Seems like a PEBCAK issue to me.


And op doesn't understand that Amazon uses Chase to issue CC. Thus to cancel said CC he has to talk to Chase.

Everyone in the world "has" pretty much any free pirate streaming service oh can name. It never ceases to amaze me when someone tries to brag about that as if it took any effort or resources to "have" access to pirate movies. EVERYONE HAS ACCESS TO PIRATE MOVIES. What makes it something to brag about? What makes you special?

Hi guys can you believe this,i never had issues with Amazon til now ,but today i received a bill of 99.00US dollares for Prime membership that i never signed in to,and more weird was that was charged to an Amazon Chase visa card,belonging to my wife that was used one time long time ago to get item discount deal,and then never been used no more,besides that was expired when they used it,i already canceled the membership and they say it will be refund the money i guess to the Chase visa card,but i had to call chase and this was too much hassle,hope they strait this up and do not charge me any extra fees,i already deleted all my cards and if i want to order anything i will pay and will not leave my card info so it makes it easy to order stuff,i will never trust them no more.

Amazon customer service is amazing. I don't even have to complain and they apologize and refund my money. Rented a movie to stream a few days ago and had a horrible time watching it on my xbox one prime video app. Was just impossible. Came back to it a while later on my htpc and it streamed fine. Today out of the blue I get an email from amazon apologizing for the terrible video quality on my movie rental and a full refund of the rental fee. I never even complained. I just watched it later when it was streaming better. Somehow they knew there was something wrong and attempted to make it right automatically. Hard to beat that.

I know right? I order something late saturday, they guarantee next day delivery for Sunday with Prime for like 5 bucks. I don't need it on Sunday, I don't really need it for several days, but the 2 times that they failed to deliver it on Sunday at the cutoff time (Well, the carrier failed to deliver it), I get in touch with Vishwas on Amazon chat and he refunds the 5 bones plus adds an additional month of free prime to my account.
