While it isn't exactly a hot deal, Amazon.com now sells Xbox Live Arcade games for the 360 without requiring you to purchase Live Points. As I usually only want one game at a time this is a money saver for me of a few dollars (granted I didn't lose money I just had unused points previously). However this will encourage me to actually pick up a few games I haven't gotten because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of Live Points.

Here's the link.

EDIT: There is a thread on this in the console section I missed, credit for finding goes to R Nilla. I still feel that this is a good deal for people who hate the hassle of the points system.

Maybe I'm old and slow but I'm not seeing it on Amazon OP.

The link I gave to amazon goes straight to the page, if you notice there are lists of the live arcade games with prices around $10-$15 each there. As for getting to that page straight from Amazon.com if you use the left navigation area and go to Movies Music & Games>Video Games, there are multiple links to the Xbox live store on amazon from there. I also see it on the main page on the right hand side but that might be a moving advert. Hope that helps!

I gotcha now OP. For some reason I thought you were talking about buying the exact amount of points we wanted but I reread what you posted and figured it out. I guess I am too old and slow. 😱

Thanks for posting that up.
