I've received payments for two books I listed, but amazon only emailed me about one, with details on what exactly to do. The other buyer's shipping info is listed in the transaction details on amazon... so do I ship the second book, or refund the money? I got the email for a purchase yesterday, but no email from a purchase day before yesterday (I only checked my account because of the email yesterday, and saw that I had received another payment).
Seeing as I'm leaving town tonight, I can't wait for a reply from amazon to figure out why I wasn't notified of the other sale, and I need to ship today.
