Yeah, but the problem is consumer perception. You and I understand that, but a lot of non-nerdy people I've talked to don't understand why they sign up for a free trial of Amazon Prime, then they buy stuff from "Amazon.com" and have to pay shipping (since it's a third-party transaction). This ain't ebay! :awe:

Received a 2'x1'x1' Amazon box today. What was in it? Two thumbdrives in minimal packaging that could have easily been sent in a small bubble mailer. What a waste of shipping material.

Meh, never done anything special for me. Just give especially shitty CS the times I have called. Now that they charge tax for me, no reason to shop there.

I've had nothing but great CS experiences from Amazon. I ordered a AC unit during the summer. It came with some of the attachment pieces bent. They immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked, and paid for me to return the item at their expense (would have been a lot because the unit was heavy).
