No skyrim? How is Skyrim not one of the best selling games of 2011?

🙁

These are top Amazon downloads of 2011, not the overall top-selling games.

Skyrim is not available via download from Amazon. That being said, I'm surprised BF3 isn't on there, which I personally downloaded from Amazon and has to be one of the top-downloaded games.

I think the other catch is that these are all "discount rack" games.

I had such high hopes for Darkspore, but based on reviews, it still seems like a stretch even at $7.99. Guess I'll hold out for $2.99 on Steam during the holidays.

having just played the demo... $8.99 isn't a bad deal for darkspore. i mean... it'll get you through until diablo 3/torchlight 2 at least.

then again... buying spore at release is still leaving a bad taste in my mouth. ugh.

Battlefield 3 is on Amazon's list of best selling games of 2011, and as such is eligible for the $5 promo coupon they handed out last month.

no way alice is one of the top downloads. And Darkspore? Pfffft.

Discount rack games they're trying to squeeze before newer and better things push them out of sight.

Sweet, so if I buy Civ4 and Civ5 I have to pay $8.99 each, but if I buy the two together I can get them for just $17.98?

This game requires a connection to be on all the time, this is such a let down.
It was bad for all UBI games, and it is bad for this one as well.

However, if you just bought it for CO-OP multiplayer, then I guess it is OK.
