Amazon Customers Vote is up and running

Glad they changed it from last year's fiasco. Last year it just plained sucked... nobody could get through (other than the obvious people who got the deals) and everyone was left frustrated.
 
what if you vote for a product that isnt chosen, does that mean you wont be selected? nevermind, it says right on the site...

anyone else just make a dozen diff email addresses and vote a dozen times? lol
 
Voted but can't really partake, this conflicts with my Death Valley camping trip. Just as well I guess. I was voting to get a Blu-ray player cheap to compliment my cheap HD-DVD player. Voting results up to now make it look like that wont happen.

Yep... you only get chosen if you vote for winning item. Of that, only a limited amount get picked (according to the item).

Thanks! I didn't participate in this last year, but since thay've removed the feeding frenzy aspect, I'm in. I guess I'll get my husband to vote as well to double our chances of being chosen.
 
Holy smokes! I voted all 6 times and only 1 time I was wrong.

Apparently more people want the Tobisha HD DVD player.. I voted the Tivo. But the other 5 I got right on the money so far.

Here is to hoping I get picked, woudn't mind buying my kids a Wii for $80.
