I checked and I'm at 5% rewards and I have a couple other cards linked to my Amazon account (a household member's debit card, my business card for business purchases, etc). I did set the Chase card as the default payment method, maybe that's what triggers the 5% reward level.

I'm tempted to make this my main card for daily non-Amazon use now.
