Hey all,

I just placed two orders 10 mins apart. I saw another book that caught my eye and decided to order it so I can combine it with the previous order. Lo and behold, Amazon.com won't let me combine. How the heck can an item be shipping soon at 3:29 AM EST that was 10 mins apart from the most recent order?

Is there a phone number I can get a hold of an Amazon.com customer service rep?

Very nice! Thanks very much! They said they couldn't combine the orders because a shipping label has been created for the items, so I told them that the Combine Orders option was useless if I couldn't combine orders that were 10 mins apart. They then offered to waive both shipping charges. 😀
