I got it to work, but our tap water has ALOT of minerals in it. I think it helps "hold" it together longer.

When I have really shitty service at restaurant I do something similar to the video. I'll put a few coins in the cup. flip upside down and leave it there. The one time I stuck around and watched from a window, the results were hilarious. Have not done that in YEARS. I was such a prick.
