Of Course it's not real. Since when do we have storms that are perfect spheres? The first thing that you go through before the hurricane even hits, is the outer rain bands which are no more spherical then a cold front full of thunderstorms. Even then you have your point of view. The storm is just to large in girth to see anything round from an eye point perspective. Example, take a basketball and stick it in your eye, then tell me if you see anything round.
