He was being sarcastic..

I bought a Gateway PII-350, with 64MB of RAM (an upgrade from the standard 32MB), a 4.8x DVD-ROM, and a massive 8MB ATI video card for just shy of $2,000 back in October 1998. Since then, I upgraded the processor to a PIII-550 (don't laugh, I eBayed the PII, and in the end it cost me all of about $15 for the upgrade), upgraded the video card to a 32MB Radeon 7000, upgraded the RAM to 384MB, and replaced the 6.4GB hard drive with 40 and 20 GB drives (not to mention adding a CD burner). It's now my kids PC, and it does just fine.

I have to admit, Intel's 440BX chipset was pretty darn awesome and amazingly long-lived.

i remember when i used a sony tape drive to back up my data, and then when i tried to retrieve it, it was all gone!!! freakinsonofbiotchesasssdfsfa;dsjg;blkja;lgkjas;flkjaw

Who are you quoting?

If you think Bill Gates, think again, he never said that.
