AM3+ Motherboards: Anyone know when we'll see them?

For the CPU, they likely don't have a choice. For the chipset, I suspect they could have got that out ahead of time rather than waiting for the CPU launch. My suspicion is totally unfounded, however, given all the time they've had, I can't imagine it not being ready way ahead of a major CPU change.
