Steven, the build you have is almost identical to the one I'm looking at if I go with an AM2 system (with the exception that I'm looking to with the Radeon X1900 XT for my vid card).

Let me know how it turns out.

I have a 3700 old style 939 with 420 watt enermax psu ,getting a 7900GT...the 3700 clocks similar to 3800x2 in posted test for gaming single thread at least from what Ive read your cpu is good enuff to wring out a lil from the better gpu's
